Home made yogurt is packed with protein, which makes this delicious snack even more beneficial. Feel free to add pure natural organic honey to increase the sweetness as described below.

- 20 piece of strawberries
- 2 cups home made curd
- optional 2 tbsp of honey (Or according to your taste)
Method
- Wash the strawberries in enough water. Mix in a blender until smooth.
- Add yogurt and blend well again until the mixture is creamy.
- Pour this in the bowl. Freeze it for couple of hours.
Enjoy this curd strawberry ice cream without worrying about weight gain.
