Common question from millions of decades - How do I lose weight? Are you overweight? Why you think that? Are you really overweight? Or you want to achieve the size 0?
Well, I say, don't concentrate on losing weight. Focus on healthy way of losing. What is now healthy way of losing? There are two main ingredients for healthy losing.
1) Healthy Eating - Eat qualitative food. Food Quality has been nicely put by Marc David, a Nutritional Psychologist. According to Marc “Quality means any or all of the following: real, fresh, organic, gourmet, lovingly crafted, homemade, locally produced, heirloom varieties, nutrient dense, low in human made toxins, grown and marketed with honesty and integrity, tasteful, filled with true flavor, not virtual ones that mask the absence of nutrients and vitality. Quality means that care and consciousness permeate a food and that the food itself has a good story to tell.”
Eat frequently to keep activeness. Many a times, people restrict the intake of food in order to lose weight. But reality is that we should eat every two hours to maintain the healthy weight. Not eating for the long period of time will result in binge eating after certain hours of fasting. Of course weight losers are not looking for that. So in order to control the binge eating, we should eat every two hours.
2) Exercise: Exercise 6 days a week. Target different muscles on each day. For example: Work on your hands on monday, legs on tuesday, belly on wednesday and so on. This will also keep the boredom away. Doing same kind of exercise everyday will result in boredom. Hence choose smartly doing different exercise and target to strengthen different muscles.
By following these two basic rules of eating healthy with proper exercise will help in achieving the success of losing weight.
