First of all, we should acknowledge this fact that no emotion in this world is bad and is very much natural to feel in some way. However, its reaction and action which decides whether a particular emotion is good or bad.
Thus probably following things may help you to get rid of the reaction or action
1.If somebody finds out mistake in you, try to work in a way that either the same person appreciates you later for the good job you have done or at least 10 people appreciate you contradicting earlier negative feedback you got.The timeline in achieving this target may not be fixed, still you may fix your own internal target. This will not only lead to improvement in you as person, but your so-called negative emotion will act as catalyst for turning you into positive person in life.Remember, reason for criticizing may be numerous right from demeaning somebody's self-worth, or just a stray remark or genuine feedback. But in all cases, you should not be looser at last.
2.Act on this Golden rule'When angry, Delay'.Here delay I mean delay in reacting. Procrastination may be one of the bad qualities but here it is best to use.
3.Always read good stuff or seek company of people with positive energy.Almost everyone goes though emotional turmoil but how one comes out of it matters at last. Good words will shape your thoughts and finally you. Its like vaccination, a slight negative thought fought by loads of positive thoughts and actions will never allow to reoccur that negative thought.
4.Always Do your part. No matter how the things are, always remember what you should do as a person and do that.A little story here:-
One night a snake while it was looking for food, entered a carpenter’s workshop.
The carpenter, who was a rather untidy man, had left several of his tools lying on the floor. One of them was a saw. As the snake went round and round the shop, he climbed over the saw, which gave him a little cut.
At once, thinking that the saw was attacking him, he turned around and bit it so hard that his mouth started to bleed. This made him very angry. He attacked again and again until the saw was covered with blood and seemed to be dead.
Dying from his own wounds, the snake decided to give one last hard bite then turned away. The next morning the carpenter was surprised to find a dead snake on his doorstep.
Lesson to Learn:
Sometimes in trying to hurt others, we only hurt ourselves..
5. Finally maintain a journal to vent out all your feelings and preventing them to disturb your peace of mind.
Keep Smiling, accelerating, exploring, winning, celebrating and caring
Now N Always
