During exercise |
Keep 1 litre of bottle of water with glucose and consume in small quantity during exercise. |
After exercise |
Have egg white and strictly avoid egg yolk. Have cornflakes with milk. Avoid fried food. |
Lunch |
Have normal lunch with chapati and rice. |
Evening snacks |
This is the most important part of diet if you are doing regular exercise. Go for vegetable sandwich. Avoid cheese. Also avoid beet root in sandwich |
Dinner |
Dinner must be very very light. It should include salad like cabbage or carrot. Must include rice and avoid chapatis |
