Meal | Diet |

Get up and have | 1 glass of water, 1 Banana and apple if possible. Dont consume tea coffee sugar, it will slow down your energy and stamina levels |
During exercise | Keep 1 litre of bottle of water with glucose and consume in small quantity during exercise. |
