Steps to apply Polka Dots

Paint your nails with the base coat.
Do some exercise that you love. This will make you fit and the get your mind away from the nail base coat. Yes the purpose of this step is to avoid going on next step before the coat is completely dried. Now how many of you guessed it. You did it. Sure enough you are such a smarty.
Take the tool depending on how big or small dots you require.
Drop some nail polish on the plastic, dip the tool on it and start putting the dots on your nails
Try to make the dots in different sizes it looks better
